Bill Groth - Loan Officer

Bill was born and raised in Livermore, where he still resides today, with his wife, Jill.  After graduating from Livermore High School, Bill went to work for his father at the family-run auto dealership, Groth Bros. Chevrolet.  Starting from the ground up, Bill held many positions at the dealership, eventually becoming co-owner of the business after the passing of his father in 1987.
 
After nearly 30 years in the auto business, Bill sold his interest in the dealership in 2002 and has brought his well-deserved reputation of honesty, integrity, and trust to the real estate finance industry, where he has helped residents of the Tri-Valley improve their financial position through real estate ownership.
 
Bill believes in providing exceptional personal service to his clients by utilizing the state-of-the-art loan technology PRMG offers and always keeping all parties regularly updated on the loan progress. You can count on Bill to be easily accessible to answer all your questions or concerns.
 
Bill is a member and past board of directors for the Livermore Rotary Club and an affiliate of the Bay East Association of Realtors.  His favorite pastime is working on improving his golf game.
